Policies 

Payments & Deposits 

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% or more is required at the signing of the contract for all catering services. Payments can be made via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

 

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full one day before the catering request is needed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Policy: No refunds will be processed within seven (7) days before the catering request is needed.

Order Changes and Fees:

• Changes or additions to your original request will incur additional fees.

• All guest counts and order specifics must be confirmed seven (7) days in advance.

• If services are no longer needed after the confirmation deadline, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Date and Service Changes:

Changes to dates or catering services are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out via email to make such requests.

 

Rush Orders:

Any catering request requiring rush orders or next-day service will incur an additional fee.

 

 Meal Prep & Daily Delivery Services:

For meal prepping or daily services requiring delivery, a $25.00 delivery fee will be added to your order.
